Disappointed and STILL have not received product ordered. I placed a wholesale order over a month and a half ago for holiday items through a partner site faire. I received a shipping notification Oct. 2 for the majority of the order. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER- NO TRACKING NUMBER, NOTHING. I have contacted them through the partner site many times for over a week and no answer. I have contacted them directly through their website, no answer, I have tried to phone the corporate office, SURPRISE- NO ANSWER! This is very frustrating as a business owner who was planning on this product for holiday displays. I was really excited for these products but based on how the company is handling their communication. (or not handling in my case) FYI Brand Castle- I answer my phone at the shop Mon-Fri 9:30-5, Sat 9-3 for you to discuss any issues with the order or problems. I don't hide behind an automated system. I recently purchased the Rice Krispies Magical Unicorn kit and it onky had the rice cereal, marshmallows, and frosting mix. It was missing several items i contacted Brand Castle about the missing items and i was contacted less than 24 hours later by Jonn, the quality control manager. He was very apologetic and informed me that he would be mailing me the additional parts so my daughter and I could complete the kit. I just received the package today which also included a hand written note stating they also included several extra items for my daughter to decorate with as well as another apology. Very poor customer service, this is probably the worst customer service I've dealt with wholesaling, they will not return your calls or emails after we placed and paid for an order almost two months ago, then they talked me into waiting one extra week because they would have had my other item well now they don't have it and I still haven't received anything, I would give this no stars if I could and this company should not...
