I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We came to a verbal agreement on a final price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, they had quietly added costs that were never discussed. A 4000 cost that they had agreed to pay off in our current lease. Unfortunately we did not notice these changes until applying for a new loan and interest rate after purchasing the car. It felt very shady and dishonest. When I questioned it, they were evasive and unhelpful. Acting as though this was our agreement. Our salesman, William, acted as though we had agreed to these charges. Our whole process of buying the car that day felt dishonest with some promises or numbers he gave us, in which we were later told by finance we would not be close to those numbers Or rates. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is exactly why people dread the car-buying process. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here—make sure everything is in writing upfront, and double-check the final numbers before signing anything. Unfortunately we are the ones taking the loss now, which they are unwilling to admit how shady they were in what they did or to take care of it. I would never buy a car from them again or refer anyone to them.
UPDATE: Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership at All Costs
As if our experience with this dealership wasn't already frustrating during the sales process, it somehow got worse when we had to deal with their service department.
We brought in our 5-day-old brand new car after an outside tint shop discovered a large scratch on the driver’s side window before tinting. We also asked them to check a squeaking noise coming from under the hood. We even offered a photo clearly showing the scratch was there before tinting. The woman in the service department told us a photo wasn’t necessary, and assured us the window would be replaced/re-tinted and the squeak would be checked—especially since the car was under warranty.
One week passed with zero updates. When my husband finally called, that same service advisor said the dealership wasn’t going to replace the window because “they didn’t know if it was scratched before or after the tint,” despite us offering photographic proof again. When asked about the squeak, we were told it was never written down and therefore never checked.
My husband asked to speak with the service manager, who admitted:
The car had been looked at a week ago (the day we dropped it off).
It was already decided they wouldn't replace the window.
No one bothered to notify us—no calls, no texts, nothing.
He was also unaware of the squeak complaint, so that was never addressed.
Essentially, our car sat there untouched for a full week, and no one even attempted to communicate with us.
My husband drove to the dealership to retrieve our car. Upon arrival, he once reiterated we had a photo proving the scratch existed pre-tint, which the manager had never seen and still never looked at. At that point, and only because we said we’d be going elsewhere, the service manager suddenly changed his tune and said they could “maybe” replace the window after all. We declined. We no longer trusted them to even touch the vehicle.
We also tried to speak with the sales manager about the shady dealings during our purchase—namely the $4,000 that was added to our loan total after they promised to buy out our lease and “cut us a check” for the remaining payments. Instead of being helpful, he was rude and dismissive.
In just two weeks, this dealership managed to deliver:
Broken promises
Poor communication
Dishonesty
A total lack of accountability
Terrible customer service
We’ve made it clear that we will never return to this dealership for sales or service and will warn others to stay away. They made their internal problems and poor service our responsibility, and made no effort to make things right.
We sincerely hope no one else has to go through...
Read moreI owned a blue 2008 Tahoe.. took it to this shop to have it fixed because it stopped running I didn't know what was wrong with it so I took it to a Chevrolet dealership.. they told me it would cost somewhere around $3,000 to fix it.. my husband and I told them to go ahead and fix it.. a few weeks later after us repeatedly calling, a female called us back and told us that she was sorry to have to tell us that the engine was gone on my car, which I couldn't believe and expressed that to her, she then said we'll yeah it's gone, but we can sell you one for $10,000 plus labor.. I was very upset, so my husband decided that we should by a new car because the engine was gone on my truck.. so we went and purchased a new truck, because I Have to get back and fourth to work.. so I traded the truck in.. while tim Lally still has it.. my husband goes in to discuss some payment planes on the 3,000 we owe.. this female that works there.. name starts with an R was totally rude to my husband yelling at him stating she doesn't believe he will pay in front of everyone within listening distance.. so he walked out.. after this we got a call from the owner asking us when will we be moving our car.. we told him our situation and our encounter with the RUDE female.. he said he would investigate, he then called us back and asked us if we got a diagnosis on the car and we told him we assumed they did one, how else would they know that $3,000 worth of work needed to be done. He then told us that my engine was not gone that it was just something electrical that could be fixed.. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS, SO WE BOUGHT A WHOLE NEW CAR FOR NO REASON AND TRADED MY CAR IN FOR LESS THAN IT WAS WORTH because we thought the engine was gone.. we then asked the other Chevrolet dealer that we traded it in to, if we could purchase it back, they said we would get the first chance to get it.. we kept calling they never answered, but when they finally did they told us that they had sold the truck... I was very hurt and disappointed. And even at this moment I feel taken advantage of and used.. I bought that truck with an insurance settlement after being rear ended in my...
Read moreThis location is extremely slow. I surely won't be returning. I have seen my car parked outside for almost 30 minutes and wondering 'What is going on?!? All this for an OIL CHANGE? This is a bit much. I also noticed, they don't run the car through the wash like other CHEVY dealers I've been too. Kind of odd. Had to ask. That's always a nice perk to have. I also noticed immediately when coming in, which I did advise... 'there was no clear signage' inside the garage of where to go for service. If you have never been here (like I haven't) that helps! I wasn't immediately greeted either like other CHEVY dealerships I go to. I know these cars aren't FLYING off the lots and you NEVER know who could be walking into your business. Be mindful. I won't be back at all. This is a one time thing for me- due to the only place having Friday availability. HOWEVER- I get finished and all done and all of a sudden 'check engine light is on' WHAT!!! One of the service clerk people have been nice to help and get things squared away- but seeing this is my FIRST TIME coming here- I'm afraid I...
