I was very appreciative to the fact that she took me so short notice!! I was initially nervous but the second she complimented my glasses I was already at ease; given my strong prescription😂😂. I’m usually self conscious about it and wear contacts. But on my own self growth journey I’ve decided to incorporate wearing my glasses to fight being low self esteemed about it. The environment also helped positively distract my being nervous. I also admire her support of black owned businesses no matter how big or small. Butter was a great tattoo artist to work with to get what we wanted. We called and booked an appointment in advance since we are not local. She was more than helpful and friendly to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Her studio has the best atmosphere. She does far more than just tattoos. She allowed all four of us to relax in her studio while she worked with each person getting a tattoo. She was everything you expect from a professional - with the addition of being friendly and more than welcoming. I was dying for some ink and called super last minute for a small tattoo on my wrist. She fit me in and absolutely nailed my tattoo. I have 4-5 tats that were all of similar quality. This tat, my newest, is clearly better quality than the rest. It’s lines are sharp, color is perfect, and the lines are completely straight. It has also healing ridiculously well.
