I have to say that this has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. As a customer, I expect a smooth and accommodating ordering process, especially when using an app designed to ease this experience. However, the situation unfolded quite differently.
I regularly place my sandwich orders through the app, but upon arriving at the store, I was met with an incredibly rude response from one of the employees. She informed me that I couldn't place my order as I had intended and insisted that I needed to come inside the store to order instead. This left me feeling bewildered—why should I have to adjust my ordering habits when the app should facilitate this for me?
I even offered to pay extra for a vegetarian patty, clarifying that I was willing to be charged for it. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, she flatly refused to accommodate my request. This should have been a simple transaction, but it turned into an unnecessary and awkward confrontation over a minuscule amount—just one dollar. It was utterly ridiculous to be treated as if I was trying to obtain something for free.
To make matters worse, she insisted on comparing my situation to an order made by someone else the previous day, indicating that the franchise owner was unhappy with such requests. I couldn’t understand why she felt the need to bring that up. Not only is it irrelevant to my order, but it also left me questioning why she felt entitled to dictate how I should place my order in the first place.
Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I ultimately decided to cancel my entire order. After this experience, I have no intention of returning to this store again. It is genuinely one of the worst experiences...
