I'm a few months behind leaving this review. Beginning of March 2022 I needed a new phone because mine stopped allowing me to make or receive phone calls due to the whole 3G thing. Granted I had my phone since October of 2018, with good reasons. I'll get to those reasons after this HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ZACH!!! 👏👏 Service was excellent!!! Zach at the Waynesboro, PA AT&T. It was literally the best experience getting a cell phone I ever had! It was quick and very informative. I was in & out in like 30 minutes! Seriously I've had purchasing cell phone nightmare experiences, where it took 2 to 3 days to get hooked up with cell phone because staff at the location didn't know what they were doing. That was recently with my son's phone through Boost Mobile in Waynesboro, PA. My worst experience was......Hand to God when I first switched to AT&T/First Net in October of 2018 the guy in Chambersburg, PA AT&T store screwed up so bad I was literally at that store every day for a week straight, a couple hours each day. I went on a Saturday originally to get a new phone and switch from Sprint to AT&T/First Net. I was there for 7 hours on Saturday. After 7 hours, you'd think they'd have my service correct. Nope! So yeah this was seriously the greatest service I ever received. Keep up the great work Zach! Thanks again for the best experience getting a cell phone...
Read moreI had a surprisingly great time buying a new phone for my son. We went to the AT&T store in Waynesboro PA. The store attendants were Kyle and Eva and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and fun. They were both fairly new to the purchase process but they did a great job and worked together as a team. My last purchase experience at this store before today was a very long drawn out, and painful experience so I am so happy that these two have restored my faith in purchasing at this location... I will definitely be back the next time I need an upgrade or a purchase. Thank you to both of you. Eva did most of the paperwork and Kyle helped to get our phone ready to walk out the door. Not only that but we showed up 20 minutes before the store closed and they were both very gracious in making us feel like it wasn’t a problem, even though I’m sure they were ready to close up and go home. Had nothing but issues, I was quoted a plan for $160 and I was charged over $200 every month, I went in several times to ask questions an was told that person that gave the quote was fired for doing false quotes. AT&T never tried to make it right or check how we could fix it. I was having horrible services at my job so I said I will try to switch maybe to a different carrier cause the service was bad so I went to the store asked how to do so and was told everything would go through to new provider. I went to the new providers store and they said AT&T was incorrect that I needed some more things and I called the store on speaker phone to discuss what was needed and the lady LIED to me and the new provider.
