The building engineer, who can barely can speak English, openly lied about contact with one of my LEGAL contractors in order to attempt to extort funding for his poor maintenance of the main sewer lines. Management went home for the weekend even though water was pouring down through the roof into units. They also openly lie about sending service personnel in order to protect favorite residents. Mold, mildew and insects runs amuck.

As well, current management hires and gives free range to the cheapest of all contractors. At anytime, you can have men loitering the halls and/or trying cars. Making for an extremely unsafe environment for women and small girls.

The engineer leaves projects open for days, if not months, water damage and damaged walls are common place. Chipped paint, a health nightmare, is on every floor.
