Today, July 15, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I needed to print important documents, but despite all efforts, I was unable to do so. I ended up wasting around $50 and nearly an hour and a half of my time.

First, I used one of the self-service print stations and inserted money, but nothing printed. An employee told me to try another machine. I did — inserted more money — but again, nothing printed. The employee told me he couldn’t help and that the money could not be refunded, even though the issue was clearly caused by malfunctioning equipment.

During all this time, he continued helping other customers and ignored my situation. After a long wait, he finally offered to print the documents himself — but said I would need to wait about two more hours.

I left without my documents, out of money, and completely frustrated.

I strongly urge management to address the following: • Broken or malfunctioning printing stations; • No way to refund money lost due to technical issues; • Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness; • No compensation or accountability for failed service.

This was a very negative experience, and I hope someone from the team...

I went to this location to drop of an Amazon return, that was already packaged, and labeled. The Amazing, kind, friendly, smiling, engaging, intelligent, and charismatic guy working at this location... made me a S U P E R Fan. I have reached a point in my life that when I find service like this, I will drive for miles to get it. Needed to get my passport renewed before a trip of mine and really needed to get my application sent to RushMyPassport as soon as I could. The staff here were very kind, helpful, and patient with my needs. They helped me fill out my application, print my documents, submit my payment, and package all my documents. They were so good. On the final day I was there to resend some needed corrections, Amir was very kind and personable. I thank him and the entire staff at this Fedex location for their service.
