After reviewing the ratings, I see Iām not the only one. The customer service experience in this store was deplorable. There was a young lady training who was kind, but she needed support and guidance from the store manager who lack customer service/ managerial skills. He was down right rude and lacked knowledge of protocol and procedures. He shut down his lane to correct what appeared to be a personal transaction. When asked if he was open he rudely told the new staff to āring her upā referring to me the customer. She needed assistance and he delayed in coming to the front to help. When she called for him by his name, he yelled in the store āheās not hereā. I donāt think I have ever encountered such an unprofessional individual at any CVS or other retail chain for that matter, EVER. I did get his name, but to preserve his dignity I will not add it to this review, as I wish to treat people much better than he treated me during my short experience at CVS. This store needs a facelift in customer service personnel. As well as other team members who are not supportive and complicit when team members behave badly. If I could give -5 stars I would. Iāve been getting the exact same prescription from here for a decade and two months ago they indicated they had to order it from their supplier to fill my renewed script/they didnāt have the medication in stock..thats fine, except every single day for the next 2 months they told me the order hadnāt been delivered. They said āyeah not sure why it hasnāt come inā. When I asked ācan you raise this issue to your supplier? Can I talk to a manager to understand the issue?ā They literally said ānope thereās nobody to bring this up to, sorryā and laughed at me on the phoneā¦

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly, if I never have to deal with this pharmacy again, it will be too soon. I had two prescriptions that were supposed to be automatically refilled; one was. So I called in and went into the automated refill and tried to order the refill. So, today is May 30, the automated refill indicated that the medication would not be ready for refill until April 29! I then tried to get to a live person; over two hours later, punctuated by a hang up from the store, I went in in person.
The first response I got was that the prescription that I was supposed to be ready for pick up wasn't in the system. They finally found that prescription, and I requested that the second prescription be filled. Twenty minutes later, I found out that the pharmacist had refilled the wrong prescription (for a third that wasn't due for a refill), so I had to wait while she refilled the correct one.
When I pointed out that I had been on the phone for two hours with no response prior to going into the store, the pharmacist's response was, "we've been busy."
As soon as I can get the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy, I'll be happy to...
