Jay Jewelers is the only jeweler I trust! I highly recommend Jay. He will give you extraordinary service in a timely manner and for an excellent price. I am amazed by the excellence of his customer service, and the limitless scope of his knowledge. His professional knowledge is surpassed only by his honesty and integrity. He will go above and beyond. For example, he will open a watch and show you exactly of what he speaks so you can be assured of the veracity of his professional opinion. With other jewelers you simply have to take their word for it, usually because they don't do the work themselves, so the salespersons cannot explain the problem and the requisite repair in the detail that Jay can. I have had many negative experiences with a multitude of jewelers, to include 'certified' Movado dealers. My engagement ring is vintage and irregularly shaped. I first had Jay resize it for me in May 2018. He did it in 30 minutes and gave me the extra piece of gold that he had removed in case I ever needed it to be sized up again.

Then in June 2019 I asked him to make a custom band to match the engagement ring. We talked about what I wanted- tiny diamonds to resemble the diamonds already on the engagement ring. He did an incredible job! My engagement ring is not quite symmetric and he made it to match the side he felt looked best. It fits EXACTLY with no space between the two rings. It's just what I wanted. Now of course I had to let them have my engagement ring so they could make a wax mold from it but all this was documented and I have insurance on the ring just in case. If I didn't need such an exact match that would not have been necessary.
