I come here fairly frequently, probably once a month or so for over two years. I am not exaggerating when I say they get my order wrong about 60% of the time. No matter how many times I restate my order, they cannot get it. I think it's a problem with the computer system maybe? The people are generally friendly about fixing my order (although not always). A few examples. I often ask for a small bowl but am given a large bowl or a small burrito. One time they charged me for one burrito but accidentally made me two burritos. Sometimes there's no salsa when I ask for salsa. Today the cashier (who was training another cashier) told me that salsa comes automatically so don't ask for it, and then there was not salsa on my bowl. The little girl who took my order was on her phone the entire time texting with the nastiest attitude possible, which is crazy because she said like maybe 5 words to me. She didn't give me a receipt or offer me one so I never knew I was waiting for a number to be called. Long story short my food sat there for like ten minutes until they called the actual order out. When I got my food I was disgusted. My tacos were literally so soggy the bag was dripping with juice. I was visiting so I'm never going back regardless but no one else should have to experience that. Read moreI've been going to Cal Tort since they began in Montgomery County so I'm all versed in their wares. I made an order on Mar 4 at this location. Firstly, the tables and floors were filthy. Secondly, with three staff members on the line, I understand some slowness but everyone's order, including mine, was slow. Then they missed items and in a friendly attempt to get the worker to apply what I paid for, I was told I needed to pay for it. On principle, I would not. The employee, a Latino/Hispanic man, got huffy with me and said he knows his system. But I saw his colleague make the bowl. The item was missing and I just wanted it.
