The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the massive selection of party supplies and holiday decorations—they truly have it all. Whether you’re planning a birthday, holiday event, or any celebration, they’ve got every theme, color, and decoration imaginable.

But what really sets them apart is their staff. Every single person I interacted with was so attentive and helpful. They made sure I found everything I needed and even gave me great suggestions for items I hadn’t considered. Their customer service is top-notch, and they genuinely care about making your event a success.

We've shopped here for costumes multiple times. We were there again this past Sunday and found the staff is always helpful and knows their products well. The store clerk was able to answer all our questions and she helped us come up with ideas. We tend to always start our costume shopping at this locally owned, independent store vs. one of the big box retailers. The cost is a bit higher then other party stores, but it's closer to home, they staff is helpful, and we're supporting small business. My only recommendation for the store is an opportunity for improvement, not a complaint. I'd like to return or exchange a product if necessary if the purchased item is still new, or unused. I'd also like for them to carry shoes traditionally for women, like disco platforms, but for men. We need...

I visited this store, which is conveniently located near my home, with my daughters and grandson to gather ideas for a small dinner I am hosting. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady. However, as we continued to browse, I noticed that the staff seemed to be watching us more closely than other customers. At one point, another employee approached and asked if we needed assistance, to which I politely declined, expressing my desire to look around. Despite other customers being present, we were the only Black individuals in the store. Feeling uncomfortable due to the apparent attention on us, I decided to leave and shared my concerns about the lack of attention given to other customers compared to us.
