My first experience was amazing, however, I’m not sure if it was because they relocated or what but the service isn’t the same. I tried calling for pricing and didn’t receive any answer then received a text message with the pricing information which wasn’t an issue. I sent in the picture and they informed me it would be started. They also informed me that they operate out of the location across the street for pickups and drop offs. I sent a message today to check and see if it would be ready and was told it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. I stated that I would come after work, I got off work and informed them that I was in route to the person that was texting me. I arrived at 1:51pm and informed the number that I was outside and the door was locked. It started raining and due to me being 7 months pregnant I didn’t just want to wait out front so I went back to my car and pulled up in front of the location they sent me to. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails and sent multiple text messages. Somebody read my messages at 2:13pm but still didn’t receive any response informing me of what was going on or communicating what was going on. I went into the shop next door to see if they knew them or had any information to communicate to them but they didn’t. I finally left at 2:30pm and informed them they could cancel my order. I ended up ordering off of Amazon and doing it myself. The lack of communication was very inconsiderate, leaving me on read and not communicating anything is unprofessional and I won’t be returning for business. It’s sad you have to pay and beg people...

I am all for supporting our black owned businesses, but this is ridiculous! I came to pick up a "Wish" package, waited for my turn (there was one person in front of me). Finally, a young lady asked could she help me. I informed her that I was picking up a "Wish" package. Her demeanor immediately changed and she told me, "you have to come back in 20 minutes, I asked, do you mind if I ask why? She walked away with attitude and said nothing. I then said, I am not trying to be difficuit, I just want to know if I need to call for an appointment to pick them up because I have several other packages coming and I will need to adjust. She said, "Because I don't have time to go and get that package." Now,if they do not want to be bothered with Wish pick ups, they should let Wish know and cease to participate. It was very hard for me to park my car two blocks away, and walk to LaThredz. I barely made it to LaThredz, due to a back condition and in a lot of pain. My first time coming here, and after being treated like this, dont know if I will be spending my money here. What a terrible way to treat potential...

Its an OK place but do not purchase any phones from there the first time I brought a phone from there when I used it people could barley hear me when I talked the phone didn't Even last a month also I just purchased another phone from there the phone moves really slow the screen is unresponsive I called to see if I could trade it in or possibly get my money back they told me no I honestly believe the phones that they sell are fakes and rip offs warning do not buy from them they aren't even willing to work out a solution they don't care about satisfying their customers once they get your money its a done deal I'm very upset I tried using the uber app this morning to get my son to school it wouldn't even load I even had the WiFi on it still didn't work terrible...
