I am not going to explain everything that I experienced at this salon just now. I will just say horrible customer service from the moment I entered.

The woman seemed disturbed that she had to do a customer. She seemed disturbed the entire time she was doing my nails, except for when shes stopped to take selfies of herself. She was rude and rolled her eyes when I couldn't understand what she was saying due to her voice being extremely quiet and her accent. My nails look like I filed them myself. If it wasn't for the professional polish, one would think I did my own nails at home.

The people working there were not very friendly. Ok, I have to say what I experienced because it is not good. I made an appointment online. When I went today and said I made an appointment, I was told that Jimmy comes in late and I would have to reschedule. I asked if there was someone else available, because it wasn't offered and people who work there were sitting around. She pointed to a seat. I have never experienced such a low quality of service at a nail salon and I will not be going back. I was not offered even a glass of water.

Also if you make an appointment online, I was advised that they do not know. So no one there has either resolved this issue, nor have they taken it down to book an appointment online. They look at you like you are stupid because you made the appointment online. It was just horrible. I have never been treated like that in a nail salon before and I have been going to nail salon for 30 years.

I tried to call and make an appointment for a basic mani/pedi after reading the reviews. It’s my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. I very rarely get my nails done and have had some really bad experiences and wanted to ensure the experience was positive. I requested Sunny after reading the reviews and because they’re online booking option does not allow you to select individual staff. The man that does the appointments was not at that exact location and said he would have to call them and then call or text me back. However he was very rude in telling me I could not book with Sunny, saying she does not do basic mani/pedis and when I explained that I would only work with someone experienced due to past experiences he still adamantly refused. I reminded him there are review pictures and comments where Sunny had done a basic gel mani without nail art. He said no there wasn’t…which is contradictory to what is posted here. I finally told him to find out who could do it and when and text me back. He said he would. It has been over 3 hours and they are now closing. He never called me back and basically ghosted me. I think I may have had a good experience if I would have gotten there, but the guy serving as gatekeeper that doesn’t even work at that location made it a miserable experience and outright lied to me. Do not come here! This is not under the original staff/team. The charged me $280 for a full set on myy hands and feet!! I had no design. before I sat down I asked for myy previous nail tech (because over the phone they said he was there) they said he was late. Whole time he was never there!! Then they sat me with a woman. Now she was a lovely woman and her customer service was amazing. She really tried to make my experience nice. It gave the impression that she was being forced to not disclose the prices and that they are under new management. 🤷🏾‍♀️And they only disclosed this information after myy nails wasn’t finished. Now I didn’t ask for the price because I didn’t think the were gonna charge me almost 300 for a simple full set. It’s not that I can’t afford it. It’s the principle. And I already knew if I tried to state myy disappointment they would have called the police. Now this happened weeks ago. And I was debating on even posting this but I don’t want this to happen to someone else. Oh and all of the nail polish/powders are expired. They nails only lasted a week. A WEEK!! You can go in and look at the discoloration of the polishes yourself. I’m just so sad they really messed up what the previous team built. Be aware nail family!
