T-Mobile — Local services in Washington

Well today was my first and last experience with T-mobile. I called looking for a mobile hotspot. I talked with the lady for 30 mins about what I needed and gave her all of my information and scheduled an afternoon appointment. When I arrived she remembered our call but that was about it. I had to spend the next 30 mins telling her everything again. After I completed imputing my info in she had to call customer service which I had to give them the same information again for them to tell me they would have my order in and I would receive an email with the details. So I know have 1 hour and 20 mins in this not including my 35 min each way drive. I never received the email so I called 4 hours later to customer service for them to tell me that the order was never placed and I would have to go back to the store. Now I have over 2 hours in getting a hot spot set up not including drive time. I kindly asked them to cancel my order because this is not off to a good start. The icing on the cake was he said you have to drive back to the store to get a refund and cancel my order!!! Are you kidding me!! I would like to say that I ordered the iPhone 15 Plus via T-Mobile online. I had some issues with them. I did receive the new iPhone. I had no idea what I was in for until I opened the box. Yesterday, I was at my local T-Mobile store in Washington NC, when they opened. A technician named John Thomas greeted me and from there he spent a lot of time helping me to get my new iPhone set up.
