Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Washington

Terrible!! First of all the sanitary conditions were not exactly clean and the bathrooms were disgusting to say the least. We ordered a giant pizza and received a large which we had to send back because it wasn't cooked all the way. Had also ordered cheese sticks but didn't receive them because the waiter said he didn't hear me order them. So I asked that they go ahead and cook them, which they said would only take about 5 minutes or so. However after 5+minutes passed the waiter told us that they still weren't cooked because their oven wasn't working properly. Half of our group also had the salad bar, which turned out to be a huge mistake. About 20 minutes after eating, so as soon as we got home, those of us who had the salad bar started having terrible stomach pains and ended up sick and in the bathroom. We did not complain, only questioned the manager about the size of the pizza because we didn't want to pay extra for something we didn't get. The only positive thing I can say about our experience was that the manager comped our whole meal because of their improper equipment and all of the mistakes on our order. We told him he didn't have to do that but he insisted. So.. at least we didn't have to pay $ for half of us to...

The restaurant itself was very dirty. The waitstaff were friendly just didn’t come back very often when needing refills. We had a party of 8 that all got buffet. When we went to check out we just used one ticket an had the cashier split it at the register. Me an my husband were the last ones to pay, the rest of the party waited outside. So we paid for two buffets. That should have been all on the ticket. The cashier then asked who was paying for the last buffet with tea. We pointed to everyone in the parking lot a stated that’s all we had a plus us two. The cashier said well we had to pay it since it was on the ticket. We kept explaining to him an the manager must have been a mistake with the waiter adding an extra buffet on. They still argued with us that we need to pay. A then wanted us to pay for a pizza that I had requested for the bar that I only got three pieces brought to me an that was plenty but I should not have to pay for a whole pizza. So in the end the manager “paid” for the buffet we wouldn’t pay for even though it was a mistake on the staff part. An voided my pizza I requested for the bar. Don't go to this Pizza Inn buffet if you're hungry for pizza.... On 6/23/25 my husband and I arrived at12:30pm to find 1 piece of half cooked cheese pizza!!! The salad bar looked fresh with plenty of vegetables and fruits to choose from but only ham as far as meat. Bacon bits were fake, they look like burnt red pebbles!!!! Customer's are sloppy and rude dropping veggies into the cheese, fruit, and dressing. They allow their small children go to the buffet to help themselves!!! Host looked like he was depressed and had rather be anywhere but there. Waitress wasn't much better.... She took our drink order and we haven't seen her since. I guess she left our drinks along with the bill while we were to the buffet waiting for pizza....God forbid we might need something like a refill!!! 1 out of 2 pieces of pizza was edible, raw dough or taste awful!!! Cinnamon Stromboli was the best thing there!!!! If you want to go to a great Pizza Inn try the one in...
