For a while, I had thought about switching my services elsewhere because I had gotten discouraged about talking to someone about any problem I had with my account. It was hard to get through to someone at Verizon when I called. I just was tired of the run around.
I had went to the Verizon store in Washington, NC, on Friday, 10/04/19, to inquire about getting my daughter's phone fixed. My daughter and I talked to the representative Crystal. She told us about our options and also told us about the promotions that Verizon had to offer.
I was just going to get my daughter's phone fixed abd because Crystal was so thorough, and vecause sge was so patient, I ended up getting four new phones that night.
Then I came back the next day to inquire about adding another line to my account for my son. Crystal was working. She acknowledged me as soon as we walked in the door. That right there was a plus for me because she remembered my name abd my family. She was very thorough with my family. Bevause of her patience, abd her being so nice and knew what sge was talking about all while training another sale associate name Shannon, I added another line on my account and purchased my son another phone. She was able to port his number and we got cases and protection glasses for all phones.
I just want to take this time and say thank you to Crystal. Friday was the first day my family and I met her and it was just like we had been knowing each other for a long time. She made us feel like a part of the Verizon family. She even assured me that if I had any questions or didn't understand, she gave me her schedule and said that I can call her anytime abd sge would be glsd to help me!! I thank God for her going out her way to help my family and I! She was Awesome with a capital "A"!!

Read moreThey get 1 star because it wont let me do 0. First of all I am being billed 1600 (latest bill was sent Aug 1st) for having service for 1 day 4 months ago. I call the 800 number they say they have received a credit for 800 but dont see both phones returned. Now keep in mind i returned the phone to the same sales person who sold it to me and the manager. no other customers in the store at the time i returned it. Today I am on the phone for over an hr with the call center great guy doing everything he can to help. Calls the store for 15mins finally brings them on with me. Guy at the store says "I dont time for this". I explain to him it is their mistake he says bring my id to the store and hangs up. Call center tech said thats the same thing they do to him 3 times. If I am ever forced to do business with them again better bet the Washington store will never get my buisness. I have now wasted over 8 hrs dealing with this and all because the coverage map is wrong it does not have service in half the places they claim. Please pray for me because I may have to go into this store to get this resolved those guys do not...

I was blessed with the phenomenal help of a lady named Krystal who not only helped me with getting a new iPhone; case; and nice screen protector and put it all on for me but she went the extra mile to make sure Verizon services would be a good fit for me in the areas I’m at most (work and home) she explained the cell service and how Verizon has numerous of towers that their customers bounce off of and gave helpful tips for my new phone. Krystal went as far as giving me a personal contact info to update her on my liking of the services or if I had any issues. Sprint nor at&t could NEVER top the experience I had at Verizon !! I was greeted with smiles and welcomed by Krystal. I went in frustrated and left happy !!!! I fully commit to VW and I sent family and friends as well as co workers to this location !!
