I visited since I was in area, last time I tried to visit there was a long line. Luckily when I arrived there was a sale bc this place is expensive and I can totally understand why. Everyone is generally nice. You walk inside and there’s a foyer with security to check your ID, you get access inside and there’s a team waiting at the desk soon as you walk in to help assist with paper work & ipad entry access. They only accept card and you pay $10 to have access to them for 3 days, after you sign up for their database which legit takes 15-20minutes you finally get access and browse a selection. The shop is nice inside, clean with beautiful art work on the wall. I was interested in pre rolls which was $22 but thankfully the sale made it $15 w/o tax. I suggest cash at check out but they do take card. Experience was enjoyable but this place is 50/50 on convenience, I only went bc it was in the area atm & I heard good things but had I known the whole process i probably would’ve just went somewhere else. You do not need a medical license to purchase weed at other shops in the area so they’re only requiring one at this shop, think of the $10 entrance fee as a tip for personalized shopping experience. I got the Pave pre roll and it was really good, I suggest that! If you’re into recreational weed I suggest another place, as this place mostly tends to medicalized product I believe. The gentlemen in the front I believe his name is Mark, was very helpful and a breath of fresh air. There was an older woman with red lipstick in the front who started screaming no when I asked about taking pictures, otherwise she was nice besides that moment. Thank you for your service!

I am changing my review. After coming in to visit your location for a second time, I had to complete the paperwork again! The nice receptionist man said it was a "DC government thing" on what was happening. Frustrated I left. I will just go to MD and drop my $200. Again, the staff is nice, but its best to have your card in tow before coming in. Doing so will allow you to receive greart customer service. Not doing so, will have you in a Maryland dispensary after wasting time here due to DC government. Oh well. I came in today and met "Patrick" who was very nice and professional. I appreciate the way he took time with me to ensure I understood everything about my experience. Thank you.

BUYERS BEWARE...CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!!!!! Friendly enough staff but prices are a bit higher than other dispensaries in DC. I'd also suggest checking your receipt when shopping here as I was emailed by Anacostia organics about a sale and when I left I saw they charged me the full original price instead of the sale price I was told.. 10 a g for chemdawg and $40 for sunflower 8ths. I called and spoke to the manager so hopefully they correct their mistake and do right by me.

I have been utilizing this dispensary since March of last year and have become decreasingly dissatisfied with the service received. On multiple occasions I have had my order put in incorrectly or changed from what I ordered online versus what I received once I arrived at the store (I asked for a 5 pack of pre rolls and received a 10 pack instead and ordered a Sativa but was given a hybrid strain of a different name). While it is strongly suggested that you double check your order before leaving my expectation is that one would not have to practice hyper vigilance to ensure I am receiving the correct product. I have not had to micromanage at the other two dispensaries I shop at (Takoma Wellness and Kinfolk). There seems to be a level of carelessness and overall lack of organization. The thc levels listed on the website often do not match what is received in person among other errors I have brought to their attention (mislabeling of single pre rolls as packs). When I call to inquire about issues with the site I receive varying answers depending on who I speak to. In one instance I was told I could place an order over the phone due to the site being deactivated because it was close to closing time. On another occasion with the same circumstance, the gentleman on the phone was about to follow the same course of action until someone in the background said “we don’t do that” and denied the request. Having to order in person and come inside extends wait time which I could not afford that day and delivery was no longer an option. Just yesterday, I experienced extreme frustration when I placed an order at noon online and got a call almost 3 hours later saying that they did not have one of the items rendering my order ineligible for delivery. Additionally, I was told at that time that the delivery person would not be in until 4 which means that I was looking at an almost 5 hour wait for an eighth. The order was then cancelled and by the time I made it there in person the strain they did have sold out. I attempted to place an order today online and got a call an hour and a half after saying that I would not qualify for delivery based on the total after discount and that I would have to resubmit the order with an additional item to qualify. The overall poor communication as it relates to policies and lack of time sensitive service have resulted in my choice to not do business here any longer unless it is my only option which says a lot because I live ten mins up the road in SE and can get a quicker delivery/better service from a dispensary in takoma park for better prices/quality. My recommendation is to shop here on an as needed basis and prepare for...

I mistakenly assumed their “trim” product as better quality than it actually is. I called, simply out of concern to clarify. I was then offered a credit by “Patrick” as a onetime courtesy with expectations of me bringing the “trim” back. He said he will also note in the system.

Upon returning with the “trim”..a representative saw the note Patrick left in the system and grabbed her assistant general manager. She then gives her explanation of trim and then refuses to honor the credit….also told me “YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. So I simply disposed of it in their recycle bin. So they walk away with a profit and I walk away empty handed.

During this extreme waste of time due to being extremely mislead..other representatives were agreeing with me to NEVER BUY TRIM again. While also throwing “Patrick” under the bus saying “that is what you get for leaving Patrick alone for 3 hours.”

Definitely a way of making easy money off consumers in the low income neighborhoods of D.C. Find another dispensary that sells “trim”…you won’t..

A lot of potential consumers right in their backyard commute across town to avoid this businesses bad practices.

“TRIM” IS AN EXTREMELY POOR PRODUCT THAT SHOULD NOT BE USED TO...
