My experience was exceptional. 💕Margarita was respectful, courteous and had a lot of patience. She was willing to go above and beyond. Even going to the owner for special request that I had. The owner was willing to price match! Margarita always made sure I was comfortable and eager to help even when I was undecided. She always walked with me to help make a decision. She never stereotyped me even when I came in store with a scarf and workout attire. That says alot about her character! She is a great person! She treated my family and I with much respect and went above and beyond every time I came in the store to browse until I made a final decision. She always made me feel welcomed!

She was willing to work within my budget and make sure I was satisfied with the pricing details before finalizing the sale. Even letting me know about any promotions and discounts that were available! I can't wait until my furniture arrives. I have already recommended this store to others! I will definitely be back to this store on Rufe Snow dr. . Margarita is the go to person!!. Ask for her! You will not regret it! She is so awesome! The owner and his son were great too! Thank you margarita for everything. ❤ She truely deserves a raise or something special to show a token of appreciation for being a asset to the company! She made my shopping experience even better!

As a first time customer I was disappointed with this place. First of all I was having a conversation with the one in charge and told me he was Mexican. Lies!!! He speaks some Spanish but that doesn’t make you Mexican. Second of all they told me that my bed was going to arrive a certain date and time and they failed to give me a heads up about changing, rescheduling my order. No call or message. I had to call and find out what the issue was because I’m busy in my personal life with work. Told me I was going to get notified and to expect to hear a call back. Didn’t happen. At this point I was a little frustrated. Then when they finally arrived three days later after calling them back they told me I was going to get a free rug for poor service, I told them I didn’t want a free rug and asked what can they do. I asked to get a discount and their word went out the window because they never did do the discount. I practically invested in trash because once they delivered and I payed for full services they failed to properly assemble, screws were falling out the next day and things started to fall apart.
