Lost an item at checkout. MRG claims he saw it on camera and I put in my vehicle. When I got home I realized it was not on my receipt. I did not buy it. Not sure If I left at end of register on part that don't move. Not sure. Probably my fault. But Assistant MGR would not show me on camera. He was positive what I was looking for and could not show me. Since I didn't buy it guess I can't be upset. Staff needs to be reminded to listen to customer before they accuse you of scamming. Read moreThis review is really for Petco which is in the Watauga Towne Crossing as that is the only store I have visited there. The actual shopping center seems like your average strip shopping center and I have no complaints about it. The Petco I go to there is wonderful! Their associates are friendly and helpful, and I don't think my puppy have ever not gotten loads of attention when I have brought her along. I currently have her enrolled in the puppy training classes they offer, and the trainer, Brittany, is wonderful! I'm going to try out their grooming services soon too.
