This was a nice facility for my son's birthday party. Whitney and other girls were nice, friendly and professional. However, Donna was very rude and unprofessional as to how she reminded us that we needed to be out by 4pm. When she came in about 3 minutes till 4, she started telling my guests how and what they should be taking out and grab a box. What gave her the idea that was her place. We were working hard in the heat loading things. We were aware of what needed to be done. There was not anyone waiting to use the room. There were other activities going on in other areas. We were out by 4:13pm. Again in dealing with her arguing with guests, this delayed us. She made the end of the party such a disappointment, very, very tactless and low brow. My experience at this place was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST in customer service!!! There was no air on. 2 employees walked into the middle of a Baby Shower and told my guests to gather their things!! It wasn't even 30min before time was up and this older female employee Called the Police!! I couldn't believe they came in like 5min!! Wow Watuga Texas!! I hope that no real serious crimes were happening while they RAIDED A BABY SHOWER! The park seemed nice and facilities about 3 stars, but that woman and young man were so very disrespectful..This damage cannot be undone. Great community center. I go there to workout at least once a week. I will most likely be paying for a membership soon. The two fitness rooms are great. They are farely small, but easy to get in a great workout because of the variety of workout machines provided. I love it. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Not only that, but they have a huge basketball/volleyball gym. I have also witnessed them having Bingo for the elders and what seemed to by a food drive. I witnessed many people taking food to people in need. I may have been mistaken, but that's what it looked like. Great...
