I almost never write low reviews Even when I have a bad experience I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are just having a hard day but I went in today to do a return and purchase a new kind of ribbon I found the ribbon no problem (No one offered assistance but I don't really expect that personally) I go up to the counter with the ribbons I'm planning on exchanging in hand and walk up to the one register that isn't self-service It takes the attendents like 3 minutes to get to me. which you know what fine, they were just busy The older lady, her name was Sharon, comes over and asks if I have a reward account, and I'm like yes however I am doing a return she gives me an eye roll and starts typing things in. I give her my phone number and she processes it and gives me the cash back I then go over to self-service to pay for my new ribbon. The machine accidentally scanned it twice so I click for assist. a few minutes ago by and nobody comes over to offer assistance or ask what the problem is. at that point I go over to one of the attendants who's working on something and I say" hey would you happen to have two seconds to help me with something?" she turns and ask Sharon to come over and help me. Sharon was already annoyed about something she was doing (which in my opinion,as someone who works in customer service, you shouldn't be complaining and huffing and puffing about your job in front of customers but that's just my opinion) she types it in pretty annoyed and fixes the issue. that was mostly the end of our interaction. she also( in my opinion) respond kind of annoyed to another customer who was asking how she could edit the quantity of an item because she had multiples of an item and she's (Sharron) was like you have to scan it all singularly with kind of an annoyed tone that she (the customer) was even asking and little side note The process to pay cash at the self checkout is rather confusing but that can be attributed to the fact that it's a newer kind of self checkout. ย ย ย Read moreMy family went to Dubai recently and during out visit there we went to a Art Gallery and bought this beautiful piece of Art made of handmade needle work .So when we came back home to New Jersey, we wanted to preserve this Art,so we decided to go to Custom framing of Michael's Store in Watchung and there we met this employee Jim.He explained to us in details how we can put this Art into a nice frame that we can really enjoy and last a lifetime and it will be protected from the sun, or light so it will last for a long time.After 2 weeks of waiting, we cake back to see the final framing and we were so delighted to see it.It was so beautiful!We couldn't wait to put this Art on top of our fireplace for others to see.We thanks Michael's Custom Framing and really thanked Mr.Jim for all the hard work he did and he really made his customer so happy and satisfied with the final work.He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.We highly recommend this store to other people and if someone needs their pictures or any form of art to be frame to come here.Thanks again and Keep up the excellent work that you are all...

When I requested to speak to the manager to report the unsanitary condition, the Supervisor Rachel smirked while taking an estimate of 15 minutes to locate a mop and mop bucket to clean the toilet. As a parent with a minor child, the Supervisor was unprofessional towards us and told us to go to use the bathroom at Target. Major concerns: unsanitary bathroom; me and my child was forced to use Target bathroom. The Supervisor Rachel had no remorse and simply didnโt care about us as customers.
