Went there with my kids after school. Waited 15 minutes for the lady to start taking our orders. (No other customers in the store at the time). She was extremely rude and rushed my children while they were asking for what they wanted. She wouldn’t even give them the chance to finish talking before she said, “what else, what else,what else”. I had to intervene because my son got nervous and shut down. I had to order for him. She was extremely impatient while taking our order. BUT we had to wait 15 minutes for her to take our order. One of the meals we asked for was a kids meal, she didn’t give us the chips or anything that came with a meal. She charged me extra for a soda. Extremely rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever...

I went with a coupon for a foot long meal & the Mexican lady that’s always there told me that the coupon does not work on a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Also, I would have to get a cup, not a bottle. I paid for just the footlong & once I left, I went on the app to put in the coupon at a different location. Not only did the coupon work, I was also able to get a bottle drink for just 50 cents more.
