Phone Fix — Local services in Waterford Township

I should have gone here first! Ray IS the phone fix expert! IF YOU DROP YOUR PHONE AND THE SCREEN BREAKS, DON'T CALL THE CARRIER, THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU A NEW PHONE, GO TO PHONE FIX! The screen broke on my phone- we are talking shattered with no display. I made the mistake of calling my carrier. Hundreds of dollars and two days later, I was stuck with a totally different phone interface with most of my data not restored, messages were two years old, my apps were gone, photos were gone....(turned out the phone was not backing up to the cloud for the past two years). I took the phone to Ray and he knew exactly what to do, set me up with an older one of my phones for temporary use until he could fix my screen (I had to drop it off). I took the phone back to him a couple weeks later to find out what was going on with my storage (the accounts were botched somehow), and it was completely messed up, but he did not give up on me, he worked for hours on getting it straightened out, and I have all my data back and backed up! Highly recommend Phone Fix, I was hesitant to even get a repair quote because I assumed it would be expensive to fix my husband's very damaged phone (the back of his Iphone was totally shattered and the battery had a shard of glass in it). Not only was the final price much less then I thought Ray was fantastic. He explained the process from start to finish, made sure to check that everything was functioning before completing the final repair, and was super nice on top of it. I never felt that he was trying to oversell me on any repairs, he focused on what needed to be fixed and getting the phone back to functioning. I hope to not need Phone Fix again, but based on the current track record I'm sure we'll be back.... Awesome customer service, quick repairs, and fair prices go...

If you have ever brought your phone anywhere but here, you will quickly see the difference that Ray makes. He loves the industry he is in and really cares for his customers. There have been many occasions where he has fixed devices for me and easily could have taken advantage of me and charged more.

I saw a recent post where someone complained about the business being closed during normal hours. Here is my take, when you go to a small business where the owner is everything, the secretary, customer service, and the repair man and then life happens, and someone needs an unexpected day off-well, that's life.
