Pops Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I am giving this establishment a two because we had come in there for a long time over the years. I had misplaced my wallet and thought that someone had taken it so I was looking all over the restaurant for it. I'm backtracked and went everywhere I could think of. When we got home my wife found it apparently I forgot it in the morning. I went to call the restaurant and the woman who picked up the phone answered I asked to speak to a manager. I could hear someone in the background say that they didn't want to talk to me and then say that they weren't here. So then the woman asked me there anything I can help you with and I'm like no can you get a manager? She said that the manager was not there. All I wanted to do was tell them I had found my wallet and I appreciated them for helping me. But the fact that they didn't even want to talk to me on the phone and lie and say they wasn't there was really frustrating. We have come there over the years a lot of times. And probably won't ever again. Because if this is how you going to treat your customers if they just wanted to compliment you, why would I want to spend money in your establishment? Had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life at this place. I would give zero Stars if I could. Halfway through our meal, our 3-year-old had to use the restroom. There was toilet water coming from under the bathroom door into the hallway. He slipped and fell getting covered in it. It was absolutely disgusting and they only offered to take 10% off our bill. We didn't even get to finish our food and were covered in disgusting toilet water from cleaning him up so didn't want our leftovers because we were gross and couldn't clean up there. Had to go across the street to Burger King to wash our hands. I cannot believe a restaurant would let something like that happen and still make a patron pay for food they weren't even able to eat.
