Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Waterford Township

I purchased a Starship Vaporizer on October 2, 2015 and told the salesman it was my first purchase of such an item. Nowhere did I see any signs indicating a "no refund/no return" policy until I got my receipt. Well gee, by then it was too late to do anything about it, wasn't it? When I got the product home I had to charge it to use it. I figured that was normal. Then the next day I tried it and the battery was dead. I had to recharge it. The product would not hold a charge at all and a friend who had one said he used his for several months and only had to charge it every now and then.

I brought it back to the store on November 12, 2015 and the smart ass behind the counter told me my battery was shot and that I had to buy a new one. From what I gathered this battery was shot when I purchased the Vaporizer. It wouldn't hold a charge longer than the time it took to use it and I don't see how this was MY fault because I have never owned a piece of equipment like this and the salesmen didn't explain anything about battery life to me.

Also, it was NOT the product I was going to purchase, but the salesman talked me into it stating that this was the better of all the vaporizers they sold. What infuriates me even more was that I paid $49.99 for it and the same item on the manufacturer's website was $20 cheaper with FREE SHIPPING.

I am not done with Wild Bill's. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. They are NOT going to get away with selling crappy merchandise and then not backing up...

The new sales woman at the front desk who was recently hired in has no clue what she is doing. She is lazy and very unprofessional, constantly hanging all over the counter never paying attention to the customers. Every time I have picked up an item from her it's always wrong . I have asked her questions and literally had to walk away to ask another salesman whom knew what he was talking about. From the liquid to the equipment she has no idea about Mr.Vapor products or what she is passing out. Once I asked her if they carried a certain coil size, she has literally taken it out of the package checked the side of the coil and still has gave me the wrong one.
