Roberts AV has been my place to go for many years. Recently, my integrated AV equipment was destroyed after a dumb move on my part allowed a lightning strike to bypass my surge protector. Robert was extremely helpful in finding the right quality replacement equipment to integrate with my older Definitive Tech speakers, at a fair price. Quick delivery. Gerald did the installation. He was over the top good. I was impressed with his knowledge and the equipment used to optimize the sound quality for the seats most likely to be used used in the living room. Avoid the big box stores. Robert’s offers high end audio visual equipment and knowledgeable employees. I bought many items from them in the past and was always completely satisfied. I purchased a new blu ray player recently. When I got home I needed a little assistance setting it up so it would play any dvd, regardless of zone. Len was glad to help me and very helpful in helping me set it up. You do not get that level of service from larger competitors. I will be back to purchase more in the new future.
