July 3rd -- Had one of the worst customer service encounters that I have had at any business ever.
We run a statewide seasonal business and signed up for Harbor Frieght's Corporate Account service. This has been very helpful to work with team members across the state. The Assistant Manager refused to charge our Corporate Account even after explaining how to ring up the transaction and recording it to our corporate account with authentication.
To make matters worse after coordinating to get the team member funds so she could personally go back and complete the purchase, the Assistant Manager then locked the doors prior to the official store close at 8pm locking our team member and other customers out while looking at them through the door to prevent them from coming into the store.

Amazing picture that allowed me to see back behind the wall to diagnosis the issue with a 123 year oil pocket door in an antique house. Spending $100 on a camera and cable saved a lot of unnecessary work and destruction to the wall.
