I recently purchased a new shower fixture, among other things from Monique's for a bathroom renovation. My contractor had questions on the assembly of the shower value, so we went over to the showroom. Peter and one other gentleman spent time while the three of them figured out out how it all went together. It wasn't easy since the drawings were not very clear but they spent the time and were very nice about it. They have also been great about answering questions, following up on orders and dealing with the inevitable supply chain issues from COVID. I can't recommend them...
Read moreIt's a small shop densely packed with all sorts of outrageously expensive bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and the staff that is extraordinarily busy on the phone so much so that they will only notice a habitual customer, but not any newcomer. The selection is relatively bland everything being white or maybe gray perhaps pink or green, put everything is uniform color. There are a few very few hand sinks that are a little more decorative but there is absolutely nothing original or out of the ordinary - except the PRICE!!! Thanks all the same for your reply...
Read moreOur contractor sent us here when we redid two bathrooms. The salesman wasn't helpful at all and couldn't answer any of my questions. He convinced me that everyone uses "toe tap" drains in their bathtubs now and that it would be just as good as a regular drain. He was wrong. It drains very slowly and is constantly breaking. It's too late to change to a regular drain - we'd have to re-plumb the bathroom. Also the reviewer above who said they sell superior, non-plastic parts is wrong. The toe tap drain is plastic...
