Verizon — Local services in Watertown

I truly don't know how this place has 4.6 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. Either they have no idea what they are doing or are trying to scam you, adding random lines and upgrading your plan without telling you or explaining, and then all of a sudden your new bill is $300 more when they said a new phone would only cost $8 more a month. I am looking to file an official complaint with Verizon about the employees that "helped" me here. They also didn't explain that a phone with less memory would have been free, they just said here this is what we have it will cost you $8 a month. Thank god if you call Verizon Customer Service they actually understand what they are doing and were able to undo the changes these people made to my account...

Had the pleasure of working with Rob & Jackie today, I came in out of the blue with a question on my Verizon account, they were able to help me quickly and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. They had me laughing the whole time with their upbeat personality's. It was so refreshing walking into a place of business and being treated the way I was with Rob and Jackie. If I could give 100 stairs I would. Keep up the good work and thank you...

Came into this brand new Verizon store and had an amazing experience. Absolutely incredible customer service from the store manager Adaora. Made my upgrade process quick and efficient and the best part of all the seats all had cushions so I even got to be comfortable while getting everything taken care of. Definitely will be back and I urge everyone who’s in the Watertown area to visit this store ASAP. Thanks again to Verizon...
