I truly don't know how this place has 4.6 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. Either they have no idea what they are doing or are trying to scam you, adding random lines and upgrading your plan without telling you or explaining, and then all of a sudden your new bill is $300 more when they said a new phone would only cost $8 more a month. I am looking to file an official complaint with Verizon about the employees that "helped" me here. They also didn't explain that a phone with less memory would have been free, they just said here this is what we have it will cost you $8 a month. Thank god if you call Verizon Customer Service they actually understand what they are doing and were able to undo the changes these people made to my account...

Made my upgrade process quick and efficient and the best part of all the seats all had cushions so I even got to be comfortable while getting everything taken care of.
