I love Joseph's it's my favorite meat market in the whole town of Waterville and it's also my favorite meat market in the whole state of Maine they always have the greatest prices and if you need anything they're willing to help you and if you want a large amount of me it's even cheaper place to go better than anywhere else thank you very much for always having Joseph's Market right close by I wish it was open a little bit more and sometimes I wish it was more room in the store but they have the best sausage ever they make their own sausage there and it is the best I like the garlic and cheese give it a try ! BEST!!! Custom anything in the World of Meats! Nicest crew of employees you will ever meet! Variety and selection cannot be beat! Things from around the world! Fresh, frozen and dried! Not just meat - veggies, full produce dept w/ the largest potatoes I've ever laid eyes on. A huge selection of British foods - if you are a Brit longing for a crisp or a biscuit, they've got you covered! They make all their own sausages, a zillion different kinds. They freshly grind two different kinds of hamburger daily. I go there for: MEATY BONES! The frozen femur bones from cows full of marrow. My dog ADORES them! They will custom chop (saw) the bones into whatever length you request (Aspen prefers 3.5" to 4" long, thank you) for FREE. I picked a whole ham lower sodium from Joseph's this week. I'm really not a ham eater but everyone in the family is. I baked them ham with an orange honey mustard glaze added a few slices of apple on top covered it and baked it. I glazed it once or twice let it rest for about 40 mins. This had to be the Best Ham ever!!! All my guest loved it! I even had two servings. Worth every penny and a trip to Waterville to purchase it.
