This is great park to walk around play with the kids if it was summertime the water slide and the pool would be awesome. As for me I really enjoyed The walking trail It stretches out a good ways and follows along the river which I believe made it more enjoyable. The walkway is paved without tripping hazards which made it good for running jogging or just walking and talking with friends. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that's outdoors type. Only small complaints the playground area has gone downhill many people have told me that if you have kids they wouldn't take their kids there now because the lack of playground equipment makes it too crowded. I would definitely enjoy seeing some of our tax dollars go to improve that area. Would rather see kids playing at the playground with their family and friends instead of being on the streets.
