So I ordered the chicken cantina bowl. $9.71. It looked like Mexican throw a way must go salad.... I tried to eat it as soon as I got it. It tasted off. So I went and an a few errands. Started to feel nauseous. I had expected that was because I didn't finish my lunch but just as I was getting to the car I had an emergency throw up. Then I gave it a few minutes thought that it was maybe just over exhausted. Tried to finish my lunch. I still felt it tasted funny. So I started to go back to taco bell. I threw up again. Brought it back in with the receipt literally over half of it still remained. I then stated that if they would be willing to either remake it for me or possibly, give me a coupon for another chicken cantina bowl that I might give it another try and come back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Show the general manager, Ms. Santiago. She approaches me with a nasty luck. Says no, we will not be giving you coupon. No, we will not be making you another one. We will be refunding you and you can throw that away yourself. Now, from a business ashback, wouldn't it? Make more sense to try to rectify the situation by remaking it or giving me a coupon to come back in. My fiancé is a hairstyle is in the area and enjoys Taco Bell. Daily for lunch. Show tells me that the money will be returned onto my card. In 24 hours, it's now 24 hours. It's still pending in my bank account and the receipt saying, I have a refund.Isn't going through my bank. Now Why wouldn't miss santiago want to have a chance to rectify the situation on behalf of her restaurant/ franchise? Instead, she made me an enemy, poor sheriffs, rude attitude and denies the chance to have me come back into the restaurant and possibly upselling me when i'm using the coupon that she could have gave me because of the poor service. So in the words of Ms. Santiago, no, they will not be remaking me. Hey, cantina, bolt. No I will not ever go to that Taco Bell again. And if I could pass this knowledge on to at least five people, recommend that they don't go there, i would like to know where they get. These general managers are they straight out of high school or a preRelease program. This woman had no business aspect. Any person with a 1/2 a brain in the business world knows 75% of the battle is getting them into your store to be physically present. Read moreI went there to get fries today. I went inside to order my food. I got my food went to my car. I checked my food and when I did, my fries were cold. My cantina burrito was the size of a bean burrito and when I went back in there to get just my fries remade. They told me it’d be a 3 to 4 minute wait, which I was OK with I looked at the lady and said well can you at least make it worth it Since I had to come back in and wait longer for my fries to be done, and then when the chick decided to give me my fries she did not fill them up all the way, and then continue to give me an attitude and then her manager told her not to give me extra fries for my weight. Food was terrible. The service was terrible. I will not be returning the last time. I went here my bean burrito was really freaking crusty and I had to go back in for them to remake it.
