Horrible service. I came in to receive shoes I ordered online. Guy is sitting at the register looking at phone. I wait 5 mins then ask if he works there. He sais yes and continues to look at phone. Ten more mins go by and I asked if someone else would help me. He sais well you didn't say you needed help...Why else would I be at the register? Never leave without checking your shoes, I went on 03/01/2025 the store was crowded with people from Jordan release, got my son a pair of shoes that were worn and they knew it because they check before coming to the front. Hopefully I don’t have trouble returning them this is just a heads up and definitely a last time come here because they know they sold worn shoes....
