Rainbow Shops — Local services in Waukegan

I bought a hat, and they didn't take off the security tag. It's not my fault they didn't take off the security tag, so why am I not able to get it off and be able to wear it? Not to mention the door did not go off when I left. I ended up taking the tag off, not realizing that I need the tag and not just the receipt, which I did have. The manager wouldn't even take off the security tag when the same looking hats with the same looking price were literally right there. I did walk in and the alarm did go off, but again when we exited the store the alarm did not go off. What a joke. I been a customer of rainbow before a long time, but now I don't even want to...

I have not been inside of this location, yet. I did however call with a question, and the employee helped me. She was very courteous and friendly. She was waiting on customers when she answered the phone, and she politely asked me to wait to be helped. When she came on, she immediately answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the items I was looking for were not available at this location. I just ordered them online. I am looking forward to my future shopping ventures with this...

I'm only giving 3 stars not based on the service which is always great. I'm doing this because you have workers working with no air, but smiling a d offering assistance to the customers that enter the store. Please treat your employees with better respect. Plus I couldn't shop with the store...
