Family Dollar — Local services in Waukegan

Time to put this place on blast!!! I think I'm pretty much done with this raggedy, flithy, small under staffed Family Dollar! I will not be supporting such a ghetto establishment anymore. If there is one thing I hate more than a raggedy-flithy-under staffed-under stocked store is, is the nerve of a funky employee to profile and follow you in said store! If people are stealing out that place, that's a management and presentation issue, not a customer issue. And old people steal too, so why not follow them that around as well, huh. The worst family Dollar I've ever been to the store manager was so rude and won't even let her employes use the restroom. The cashier said she had to wear a depends to work bc they won't even let her leave the counter to use the bathroom. These is clearly appalling especially when the two managers are just standing out front smoking cigarettes and conversing about their personal lives instead of helping the one other employee in the store. In fact thestore manager was discussing with the other manager on how the company needs to get it together and start putting her paperwork through right and paying the proper amount of wages. The cashier seemed almost like she was on drugs and was deeply confused by another customers simple questions. Before she rang me up I stated I would not be needing any plastic bags and she ignored me and kept badgering another customer- begging her to stay so they could continue their conversation.
