My mother called the pharmacy to make sure her prescription was ready because she would be leaving out of town they assured her that the prescription would be ready today. We went into Walgreens to pick it up and the girl at the window Brittney told us they didn’t have it and we told her we spoke to someone and we were told it was ready and she said well we don’t you could search it up and check which Walgreens has it. She was very rude she did not care to help when it was originally their fault we literally just called an hour before going into Walgreens. I asked her if she could check which one has it and she said no you could check so I told her I don’t work here you do and it’s your job to assist. She should not work there if she can not assist and has an attitude. I work in the medical field and I’ve never neglected a patient that NEEDS their medication that is something very serious & she just sees it as “oh well” and if she see it that way she should really not work there I can not imagine the older patients that go there and she doesn’t care to help them find out what other location would have their medication, most older people don’t even know how to look it up. I went to fill my monthly prescription and Jennifer I don't know if she's a pharmacist or if she's a tech was working had no clue how to process the dual insurance is that I hold. Not only that she wrote all over the back of my prescription notes from a doctor that had returned her call about another patient's script! She also told me that they don't typically fill that type of prescription at 12:30 AM. Then why are you a 24 hour pharmacy? I work third shift and I happen to be off tonight hence the reason for going in. She lied to me and said she couldn't get the insurance to process but on the Walgreens app it showed it processed. Today I went to pick up a prescription using the drive through, after waiting on a long line and having paid for my prescription I was told by the person who took care of me that the prescription wouldn’t fit inside the tube, he made me go inside to pick it up. When I picked it up I noticed that it would have fit in the tube, I asked the person not to make people go inside to pick up prescriptions when they don’t have to, he replied he tried many times to fit it inside but couldn’t. I went around and with ease I placed the package in the tube and showed it to him. His reply was talk to my manager, she will be here on Monday.
