My daughter and I have been coming here for a couple years. We spend all our spare time here, at the Waukegan beach, or at Hurricane Harbor. This place is a gem and all the staff are respectful and very nice. I have never had a bad experience here, but if you are a helicopter parent, don’t bring your child here during the busy hours because it gets pretty busy, or stay with your child while they play. The person there was rude and short when she stated that they were closed and the drawer was all counted. I even offered to pay with exact change. I did not understand how the park was still open and the concession stand was closed, even though it appeared open. It...
