Tonight we thoroughly enjoyed the Tribute Show & A Neil Diamond Story, featuring Denny Svehla at Chef Pam's Kitchen. For about $80, before tips, we were entertained by Denny S as he sang so many Neil Diamond songs. And if you were not looking, you could hear Neil singing in his wonderful voice. The music was presented between the incredible 4 courses, and allowed for conversations over the delicious dishes that were freshly prepared for us. Start with a nice variety of beverages (for purchase) with a bruschetta appetizer. Follow this by a light salad with fresh bread, and then to the entree of chicken breast with Prosciutto in a lemon sauce with mashed potatoes and sauteed carrots. Finish the meal with a light lemon cake with whipped cream, and not only was my appetite satisfied, but so was my appreciation for perfection in presentation. Chef Pam's Kitchen is a multi-use spot in downtown, serving special event dinners, cooking sessions, and offering locally prepared treats of all kinds. Local pastry chefs have access to the well-appointed bakery area. With all the food prep areas open to view, it is highly impressive to see the cleanliness and exceptional equipment in use. Our evening of entertainment and dining was wonderful. There are many more events planned here, and I recommend watching their offerings, especially if you like to have fun and great food!

I love that they host a Winter Farmer’s Market in here.

Wow! So much fun! My husband, myself and our two teenage boys went to Greek night as my belated birthday gift. Everything was delicious. The class was full, about 20 people. Everyone got some hands on experience, from chopping vegetables, assembling baklava and shish kabobs, etc. The kitchen area is wonderful and the dining area is very classy. Also let me say that Pam was very accommodating. It’s definitely not an experience for younger kids, and she typically says these dinners are adults only (she has other kid-friendly classes), but since my boys are older teens and it was for a family birthday experience for me, she allowed them to join. We also had to change our reservation to a different dinner night due to a conflict with my younger son’s sport schedule and again she was helpful. I’d love to go back with my family again, also appropriate for a girls night out, etc.

AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT WITH CHEF PAM AND TEAM

From the moment we walked into Chef Pam's kitchen, we knew we were in for a treat, but the reality far exceeded our already high expectations! Our Italian Night cooking class was an absolute triumph, and Chef Pam's warmth, expertise, and infectious passion for food made it an experience we won't soon forget.

The menu was a delightful journey through Italian flavors. We started by crafting perfect, golden arancini, learning the secrets to their crispy exterior and flavorful, creamy interior. Chef Pam guided us through each step with clear instructions and helpful tips, ensuring even those of us with limited kitchen experience felt confident and successful.

Next, we moved on to the elegant chicken saltimbocca. Chef Pam's demonstration was masterful, and her patient guidance allowed us to create a dish that tasted like it came straight from a Tuscan trattoria. The balance of the savory prosciutto, fragrant sage, and tender chicken was simply divine.

But the grand finale was the incredibly moist and flavorful olive oil cake. Chef Pam shared her secrets to achieving the perfect texture and subtle sweetness, and the aroma that filled the kitchen as it baked was heavenly. The resulting cake was light yet satisfying, a perfect ending to our Italian feast.

What truly elevated this class to a five-star experience was Chef Pam herself. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she created a fun and relaxed atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and experimenting. She shared valuable culinary insights and techniques, making the class both educational and incredibly enjoyable. Her attention to detail, from the perfectly prepped ingredients to the beautifully set tasting table, truly showcased her dedication and love for cooking.

If you're looking for a hands-on cooking class led by a talented and engaging chef, look no further than Chef Pam! Our Italian Night was an absolute delight, and we left feeling inspired, empowered, and with a newfound appreciation for the art of Italian cuisine. We can't wait to sign up for another one of her classes! Highly, highly...

I had my birthday dinner/cooking class here last night as a group of 12 friends. We were Chef Pam’s first private event in her beautiful, new space, and we had a FANTASTIC time! Great location in historic downtown Waukesha, with the space split into a nicely decorated dining area and then the stainless steel, functional kitchen & class area. We all thought the class was relaxing (you can help yourself to a glass of wine or beer, you still have time to talk and interact), yet well-paced to keep you on track with making the 3-course meal. Chef Pam and her assistant, Chef Amanda, were fun, helpful, and seemed to really love teaching the culinary arts! For the private event, you can choose your menu, and I loved that there were so many great options, unlike other places I researched. The instruction was accessible to the novice and yet we created a fancy, beautiful & tasty meal, together. Chef Pam also included homemade bread (her family recipe) and a wonderful salad course, as part of the sit-down meal. The full recipes are sent afterwards by email, so you don’t feel pressed to make sure you take it all in, and you can just enjoy the process with your group! Chef Pam’s communication with us in planning the event was timely, detailed and welcoming, which was helpful, too! She and her team provided everything we could have wanted and made my birthday celebration so special! 💕 Maaaaaaaybe, my only suggestion would be an option for coffee during dessert? But it seriously was just wonderful!

Everyone in my group kept commenting what a great idea this was and how much they enjoyed the experience! We drove in from Kenosha for the event as, after much research, this seemed like the best option for our dinner… and it did NOT disappoint! We highly recommend Chef...
