You used to be able to call the store's phone number and talk to a person in the pharmacy who was IN THE ACTUAL STORE. Someone who actually knew what was going on with your prescriptions. Now when you call you get sent to a call center and they have no clue what they are talking about. I shouldn't have to drive to the pharmacy just to get a prescription filled because the call center can't figure anything out. I have the app and it's useless. I had to call about an OTC alternative because it seemed like my insurance wasn't covering a prescription. The first rep transferred me back to the automated system. The second rep told me to go pick it up and maybe they can run the insurance again...? Um? You can't just tell me if there is an OTC alternative? Thanks for no help. When I called I was NOT notified that her shift was over and she wasnât there. I waited on hold for 11 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and the person who answered the phone also didnât tell me she was done for the day this time I waited on hold for 14 minutes. My phone call was answered by a pharmacist and wanted to know about my prescription, I told him I cancelled the prescription online and he stated that someone forgot to delete it on the computer.    Read moreThis has to be the most god-awful worst pharmacy. I think I've ever experienced these pharmacists don't know how to do anything. To be honest with you they don't do their job. I called and asked for them to check on my medication and they said nothing came in and I called my doctor and my doctor said everything should be there it's been confirmed. They showed me the confirmation in an email and they still are declining my medication. This is a serious thing. I wasn't rude and I might add that it was quite the opposite. I was being polite and as nice as possible and they were the ones that were being rude. The only reason why I'll ever use this pharmacy ever again is because of the convenience.
