
After losing quite a bit of weight, I was concerned about maintaining my strength. I did a lot of walking but felt that it wasn’t enough so I signed up for the “free” trial. The first workout left me nearly unable to walk - so I realized that I was truly out of shape! Over the next month I worked in small groups & team training with knowledgeable & encouraging trainers four days a week. There are many options for sessions to fit into my schedule. It’s fun working out with a truly diverse group of people! The staff is professional in their approach & give a lot of individual attention to be sure that the exercises are being performed correctly. Read moreI’ve been going to Anytime Fitness for a little over 6 months. During that time Julius and Lilia initially modified a lot of exercises since I was still a little slow from knee replacements. As I gained strength and mobility the range of motion and resistance was gradually increased so that I was pushed to the perfect degree.
