I wanted to add to my post and share how impressed I've been with the technicians from Hansen Furniture. They've done an excellent job repairing our older, out-of-warranty appliances. I truly appreciate their quick response time and the thorough work they put into every repair. Thank you all for your help! I highly recommend Hansen Furniture and I'm hard to impress. Their sales staff is great, very responsive and answer all of your questions. However, most places do well in sales. Hansen excels in their post sales service, which is rare these days. Other businesses just forget about you once you've paid them. Hansen's responds to calls and emails quickly, answers your questions and goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. My favorite part though is the father son delivery and install team. Those guys are the best! They show up on time, they work hard and make sure the install of the appliances and furniture is done perfectly. I experienced an emergency when our tenant’s refrigerator went out on a Friday morning. BN responded quickly and delivered a replacement within three hours. Their team not only provided prompt delivery but also removed and disposed of the old unit, making the process smooth and stress-free.

The only concern and the reason I gave 4 stars in stead of 5- was the ‘short notice’ delivery fee. The charge was $200 instead of the usual $100, despite the delivery location being less than a mile away. While I understand the policy and staffing challenges, the cost felt a little steep.

I like buy KitchenAid appliances. Over the years many of top selling appliances seem to be getting more unreliable and flimsy, so I prefer a premium brand. I also like to deal with an actual appliance store, that has it’s own service department instead of calling toll free numbers or having to email, text or chat with idiots real or AI. There are no appliance stores near me anymore.
