I would highly suggest NOT using the services of their seamstress. I had purchased a dress for my sister's wedding and was initially pleased to hear that they had their own seamstress. At the day of purchase, I discussed and ordered champagne straps to be sown onto my dress. When I went to pick up the dress, the seamstress had purchased clear straps with jewels. Nicole’s agreed this was a miscommunication. Turns out the seamstress could not find fabric to match. I don’t understand why she thought it was okay to alter my dress other than what was instructed and without contacting me first. To avoid any miscommunication the second time around, we discussed plans A, B, and C (solutions for not finding fabric to match). When I went to pick up the dress, the seamstress did not use our A, B OR C plan, instead she took liberty to alter my dress again without my consent. It looked as if she used nylon rope. To make matters worse, the measurements were completely wrong and the straps fell right off my shoulders. I wanted to return the dress because it was such a headache, but with their no return policy I paid another seamstress to remove the nylon rope and sew champagne straps. I’m very upset with how Nicole’s handled this situation and would like to avoid this from happening to...

This is the first one-star review I have written ever! I'm doing so only because the service was so appalling I feel I must. When I entered the store, the clerk said what I thought was "We have some nice things in this store". I don't hear well, so perhaps I misunderstood her. I replied, "yes, you do". She then shouted at me "I'm telling you we have nice things in this store, I'm not asking you if we have nice things in this store!" She then proceeded to tell me where the sale area was located. I did not answer at this point. As I was looking at the jewelry, she asked me if I had bought anything at the Art Fair the day before. I answered with: "No, but there were some beautiful pieces". Her reply was "you couldn't find anything that would fit your wallet or jewelry box?" At that point, I was so angry and humiliated, I did not make the purchases I had intended and left the store without another word. Not sure if this store will have my business...
