This is an amazing studio! The owners, instructors, and front desk personnel and are very friendly and helpful. The classes are challenging and exciting; I always have fun and have a good laugh or two. The recovery period is always reinforced by an amazing positive message and it really pumps me up for the last few tracks. The classes always have different music which is really refreshing, and each instructor has their own style. I was always a runner, but tried out a few classes here and I was hooked! The first class is free, which is awesome! I tried it out and I haven't looked back! I've brought my mom and my sister here for classes and they both felt it was a great workout! Read moreI was hesitant to join PowerCycle, but after my first ride (which is free!), I found myself paying for singular classes, and then ultimately jumping on the unlimited monthly package! The owners are awesome, the instructors are great and gear classes to ALL fitness levels, the music is a mixture of old & new, and best of all.. it's a solid workout. In 45 minutes I've burned anywhere from 5-800 calories and between doing Body Pump or a regular spin class, you are bound to get a great workout in at the several class times they offer daily/weekly. Read moreAn incredibly high-quality cycling gym. I travel a lot for work and have taken classes all over the country and I can honestly say that PowerCycle is the best. The bikes are higher quality and well-maintained. The classes are fun, engaging, a great workout, and actually structured versus "put gear on, take it off, put it on, take it off". Great music with fun with frequent themed rides.
