Extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of the repair on my iPhone 8 plus. When going into it my screen was cracked and my cell service were broken along with the home button not working. I had been using it like this for 2 months. When I brought it to them the phone was dead and they took 2 days to tell me what was wrong and that it would cost 180 dollars. By this time I had found someone who wanted to look at the phone and so I wanted to pick the phone up. After said person couldn't fix it i took it back to cellular citi where they then did the repairs. After waiting multiple days to here back from them, I had they decided to wait until I drove 30 min to wave land before telling me "Oh your charger port is broken, that'll be another 30 dollars" and proving it to me by the boy behind the counter just clicking the phone and waving in the air as if it that proves something. Upon arriving, I was told that my phones charger port was not working and it never was working. That is quite hysterical to me seeing how when I picked up the phone it was on... and when I had dropped it off it was well.. dead. Now my phone constantly shuts off on me which it has never done. Read moreSo originally I went into this store and got the front screen replaced and then I got a lifetime warranty screen protector.. The second time I came in and got my screen protector, and again I received it for free of charge. The third time I went in and they charged me for my lifetime warranty screen protector. This last time my mother and I went in and they told my mom that they thought it was the battery and that the charging port isn't broken but it won't charge on the charger but will charge on a MagSafe which connects directly to my battery. My mom came out to the car and told me what they said, and I said that just wasn't true, I got the phone a year ago and it wouldn't be charging on the MagSafe if it was the battery. So I went in and told the guy that and he told me to me and my moms face "are you gonna sit there and argue with me or just let me help you fix it" super unprofessional and more than likely lost a good and loyal customer.. let's not forget the lifetime warranty scam they...
Read moreI strongly advise against using this repair shop. I brought in my laptop with minor water damage, expecting a straightforward repair. Instead, I was met with inconsistent information about the diagnosis and what was supposedly needed. They kept my laptop for an extended period without making any real progress, despite multiple follow ups. They removed parts unnecessarily, replaced components with ones that didn’t work, and returned the laptop poorly and lazily reassembled. There are also small nicks and damages on a couple places of my laptop that weren’t there before, as if it was handled carelessly. One of the employees also had a terrible attitude throughout the experience. At this point, my laptop is unusable, they have my money, and I’m left with nothing. While this shop is unfortunately one of the few options available in the area, their service is unprofessional and unreliable. If you want a proper repair job, I strongly recommend going outside of Mississippi for better quality...
