Food is never amazing, but never bad either, in generally there are a few items I really enjoy, while others I've found consistently sub par. This restaurant has been here for a long time, I've come here for over a decade now.
It seems more than anything the chef has lost enthusiasm about their work, while the food is never bad, its rarely above average these days. Fried rice is consistently undercooked and mushy lacking any crisp texture, crab ragoons are oddly folded, and mostly filled with just cream cheese. Coconut shrimp is far too sweet to be enjoyed, butterfly shrimp is frequently soggy, even though deep fried (even when very fresh).
Lo mein consistently lacks flavor, while also still being fairly decent. I really enjoy the eggroles however, in general the food just lacks flavor/intense flavors and comes off as bland-ish or excessively sweet to the point where you can't eat more than a very small serving due to how rich/sugary it is.
I come back because it's close, and it's relatively affordable. My recommendations would be to cut back on the total number of options, while spending that time on improving the more popular items.

Many people dont know it, but most Sweet-n-Sour sauce you find in 2025 at most Chinese Restaurants and buffets is Not The Same as it was in the 80's & 90's... most places in 2025 its runny, clear, not that sweet, and tastes like Apricots ... like "duck" sauce ...
& I can Tell you because I worked at one of the first Chinese places around back in the 80's, & Back in the day, 35-40 years ago, Sweet-n-Sour Sauce was very THICK, and sweet, Bright Red, and had that Perfect Bite between Cranberrys & Oranges ... and it was Very Very Time consuming & Super Expensive to make because they used all Fresh Oranges and Cranberries and Giant 50 pound bags of Real Cane sugar...
but Im Here to Tell you that YUN LONG Makes The Actual Proper OLD SKOOL Thick Red Sweet n sour Sauce EXACTLY the Way it was Origionally made ..back in the day. and it is Soo Perfect & Delicious and brought back soo many memories...
