I had the most horrific experience at this place. Anyone who is thinking about going there, I would suggest please do your research and do not fall for all the positive reviews. Five weeks earlier i went to this place to get my eyebrows micro bladed. The women name Rupa, super unprofessional, she never asked me what i wanted and what my concerns were. She over plucked my eyebrows. she never mapped them out and after she was done my eyebrows were not only too thin the were uneven too. When i told her my concerns she said no they are completely fine and if I’m not happy come back after 5 weeks. I had to live with those horrible eyebrows for 5 weeks and today when i went back the only things I wanted her to do was to fix them. Today when i entered at elegant brows she looked at me and said “so you left a review that you are not happy” she asked me a question but she did not let me finish instead she made me feel bad that I should not say anything because she has another customer in the shop. My question is why would you ask me a question if you don’t want me to answer, anyways i stayed quiet while she kept on and on about how it was all my fault and not hers. I said to her well it’s my words against yours so let's just drop this, I’m here so you can fix my eyebrows. She was not willing to let go because apparently her only concern was my negative review. Be aware if you’re going there with a groupon deal you will be treated cheap. I’m not a review writing person(specially bad reviews) This was so frustrating I had to write a review

Worst experience I have ever had,I bought a groupon deal and tried reaching them for straight 5 days and no one picks the call, finally I was asked to walk-in. When in showed up the rude lady In the front desk operating the computer asks me if I was there Before, I said yes then she says,no you can’t use this deal as it’s only for 1st time users (it’s written in the fine print that you can buy this deal every 180days and I don’t understand this only new customer rule)

Then she called some other lady and this lady asks me to pay 4times of the deal to get the service or you can cancel the groupon by contacting them directly which I did. After coming back home I went through the fine print and nothing like that is mentioned so I called her back, then she slowly says it’s for the customers who has not taken service for the last 180days and she asked my details and said you were here on feb 7th 2020 which is only 3 months back,I had to clarify that it’s a year and 3 months back. And she says you can come now for the service The entire time her attitude was as if like I’m asking for a free service

Note : Why giving a groupon deal when you have no intention of fulfilling it And please,when you have the records please check the details,it’s your duty to check if the customer was there in the last 180 days or not

This lady has no customer etiquette , she’s very rude , very rough as in I almost felt she was so forceful while moving my face side to side ( I really felt like customer abuse ) she really needs to improve her people skills . The only one time she did my eyebrows one was up and the other was down ( mismatched shape ) today I had no choice despite the rude interaction I had the first time I ever met her while doing my eyebrows I still went in today just to do upper lip , I was browsing on my phone( while waiting ) and in no ways the sound from my phone was loud ( I have common sense not to do so ) since there is hardly any people in here( which I probably know why now ) she looks at me and tells me to lower the volume ( I looked at her in dis belief ) believe it if I had lowered my volume when she asked so it would have gone to mute that’s how low my phone volume was.
