Waxhaw Jewelers is an absolute gem of a store in Union County. Artem, Jenifer, Ty and Erin were instrumental in helping me purchase an engagement ring for my now fiancé ! Top-bottom the management and staff are terrific and are willing to work with you during all parts of the process of buying any of their premier or custom products. Local jewelry stores like this provide the best service and have absolutely beautiful products with exceptional quality. From the minute I walked in, I was graciously greeted by the staff who assisted in every way, and walked out with a smooth and very pleasurable experience every time. Truly a First-Class shop!

I initially went in to fix my broken watch. I went in with my fiancé to get it fixed. Erin helped me and was in communication with me on a solid price, with a timeline of when it would be fixed. While there, Jenifer and my fiancé decided to look at some of their amazing products, namely engagement bands and settings. Jenifer was kind enough to take down her size for a few different options, so that when I came back, I would have something to look at again--as I was searching for an engagement ring at the time, but wasn't entirely sure where to start. I could have gone to a more mainstream jewelry franchise, however the locality and tremendous service I received in dropping off my watch, and then picking it up lured me in to go further in on the potential purchase of an engagement ring.

My fiancé also thoroughly enjoyed her visits there, and the setting she chose was perfect in both our minds. Amazing craftsmanship with a golden hue. I went in on their 1 Year Anniversary as they were having a celebration. Ty helped me look for a diamond to go with the setting. I told him my price range and he negotiated and worked with me. Artem and Ty are extremely professional and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We looked through catalogs, diamonds at the store, and he educated me on all things about clarity, color, quality, etc. I truly felt like I knew what I was buying and had a very personable experience. I was ecstatic to locate a gorgeous diamond, thanks to his expertise. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Artem, Jenifer, Ty, and Erin.

For several years, I’ve searched for a jeweler to resize my solitaire but was told over and over that “the ring would have to be sent off;” or “it will take 2 weeks;” or “we don’t have a jeweler on site.”I must’ve called two dozen jewelry stores over the years and finally just gave up…until one day, I happened to be driving through Waxhaw (never been there in my life) and saw a jewelry store and decided to contact them. It turned out to be an amazing experience! Erin took my phone call and made an appointment for me. She was so kind and pleasant and genuinely tried to accommodate my needs as I was traveling quite some distance. She made me feel welcome when I got to the store and provided the most professional care possible. I was just getting a ring resized, but it was a really big deal to me, and they treated me like I was just as important as a great big sell. The work was expedited ON SiTE while I sat there and waited…about 30 minutes. When the work was done, I couldn’t believe that beautiful thing was the same ring I brought in! It was DAZZLING! I am thrilled with the work and such a reasonable price! I couldn’t believe it. Anyway, what a pleasure to write a review for this class act at Waxhaw Jewelers. 10 out of 10!!!! ...

Erin from Waxhaw Jewelers is the best! I recently purchased a unique and amazing ring for my wife for our 20th anniversary. Have to admit, I was pretty nervous about whether I was making the right decision. I’d searched online and visited several other area jewelers. None provided the individual and personalized service I received at Waxhaw Jewelers. I had initially gone there a few months earlier looking for a Mothers Day gift. Erin attempted to help me find something, but unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for. I had also “browsed” over some of the rings trying to think ahead for our upcoming anniversary. Erin asked that I come back whenever I was ready. I was a little apprehensive when I did go back. I didn’t know if she’d remember me, or having felt I wasn’t going to purchase this time like the first visit. I’m so glad I went back. I was treated like a friend. She was patient and reassuring. I wasn’t sure if the ring would fit my wife, and she even offered resizing (within limits) without extra cost. Waxhaw Jewelers is a fantastic business with great people to help you! I recommend them without reservation and complete confidence....
