Katie was friendly and warm from the moment she greeted me. I was immediately drawn to her because of her exceptional customer service. I also told her that I wasn't buying for myself, but for my best friend. I then told her about my best friend's style, and she recommended a few styles along with accessories that would pop the elegance of them. After finding the perfect bag, she wrapped it up perfectly, placed it in a box, added a beautiful bow, and offered me a Valentine's Day card to write a special note. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I will never forget my experience at this location as it has been the best. Thank you, Katie, for being so fantastic. Writing this review to shout out Nazier! Last year, my husband treated me to a birthday gift and Nazier helped me select the Cary handbag, which I love and wear regularly. He often reaches out to inform me of complimentary cleanings; so when I heard the Kisslock was launching, I immediately reached out to get on a waitlist with him.

A day before the launch, he reached out to inform me the bag was going live on the website at noon and it would unfortunately not hit the store. I have bought multiple bags at this location with about 3 different Sales Associates, and I can tell you each and every one of them is an absolute delight to shop with. All of them are extremely kind, and willing to take a little extra time with each customer to ensure they make their perfect purchase.
