Im giving the Loft in Willobrook NJ 3 stars only for the clothing selection. The services is nothing to brag about. When you try to return something they act and make you You feel like you are doing something wrong. Show me your license, give me the CC you purchased your items with. Very uncomfortable feeling when returning at this store. Ive been to other Loft and i can say i dont feel the way this Loft makes me feel. I witness a customer trying to return a dress with a receipt and because she didn't have her CC they would not take it back. My receipt should be enough when returning and crediting my CC. I went in there to buy bussnies causal clothes not knowing what exactly to buy. I asked them to help me out and I spent a little less than an hour buying clothes. They were so patient and helpful.
