PINK — Local services in Wayne

I was at this location a couple of weeks ago, the customer service was decent until I over heard one of your managers making racist remarks towards another customer, she must have thought that I didn't speak Spanish or simply didn't care for me to hear what she had to say. Nothing was said towards me, but I did take her comments personal, I will not come back to this location after seeing that, especially not knowing that one of your managers might make nasty comments about me after she says "have a nice day" and I turn my back. I will gladly take my business somewhere else like the Deerbrook location where I have had wonderful service, I also saw her being rude to the younger employees, treating them with passive aggressiveness when one of them was confused about what to do with a transaction. I just find it very disrespectful to talk to fellow co workers like that, especially in front of others customers. I asked one of the cashiers (Huda) what her name was and she told me Jennifer, I'm not sure if she told me her real name but I would describe her as a "Hispanic" lady in her early 50's with straight black hair, heavy eyeliner and medium height. I wish I didn't have to write this review but it breaks my heart and truly pisses me off to see people discriminate and treat...

Very bad experience! Called customer service today to inquire about returns items with tags that were a few days late. Charles told me it was fine and would not be a problem at all. Went to the store and the cashier also confirmed it would not be a problem since it’s within the same week. She called a manager over for assistance and right away Reneta was aggressive with an attitude. Stating the company policy changed and I can only exchange the items. Asked for store credit since the store was closing soon and got a firm “no”. Called customer service and was advised to do the return on the Pink app. Sure enough I got my return confirmation, can return it in the store, annnnnnnd getting my money back. Great job, Reneta, for not knowing your company policy! Now I know why most people like to shop online and physical stores...

I went over there in the store with my wife to buy some of the items which was on sale, but the Custore service - Cashiers was worse persomn i have seen in my wife. My wife has her Birthday Rewards from Pink and other coupons, but Cashier was telling her both are the same coupoins and you can use only one coupons. which is wrong. She was saying that both coupons are same coupons, but both coupons has two different barcode numbers ... and she never used coupons as well as she was really neasty with her also .... i will never go to the same...
